Are you a detail-oriented client services professional who thrives in a structured, people-first environment?
We’re working with a respected financial planning firm known for delivering high-quality advice and a premium client experience. They're now looking for an experienced Client Services Officer / Client Services Manager to join their dynamic team.
About the Role
As the backbone of the advice process, you’ll work closely with advisers and paraplanners to ensure seamless client delivery. Your key duties will include:
Scheduling and preparing materials for client review meetings
Managing new business applications and tracking advice implementation
Liaising with clients, providers, and insurers to follow up on documentation
Maintaining accurate client records in Xplan (or similar CRM)
Ensuring all processes meet compliance and regulatory requirements
Proactively identifying areas to streamline workflow and improve operations
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
3 to 10+ years’ experience in a financial planning client services role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency with financial planning software (e.g. Xplan) and Microsoft Office Suite.
A client-centric mindset with a proactive approach.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, supportive team environment.
