About the Role

Positive Builds is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team in South Sydney, NSW. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for the construction and installation of various building structures. What You'll Be Doing

Read and interpret plans

Delegating tasks

Leading the team

Working our tradesmen to ensure the successful completion of projects

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment

What We're Looking For

Formal qualification in Carpentry or building

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Carpenter

Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
