Our IP Protect platform combines proprietary technology, legal strategy, and data intelligence to remove unauthorised listings from OTAs (online travel agencies) — protecting brand integrity and optimising digital distribution. We partner with global leading hotels, handling complex IP enforcement across multiple countries.

The Role: we are looking for a Case Manager to manage high-profile client cases and lead large-scale takedown operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, can work confidently with international stakeholders, and enjoys turning legal and operational requirements into actionable strategies. You will craft country-specific enforcement communications, manage negotiations with OTAs, and analyse data to prioritise actions for maximum impact.

What You’ll Do

Lead client IP enforcement cases from request to resolution

Draft precise, country-specific takedown or opt-out requests (DMCA and international copyright law)

Liaise with major OTAs and hosting providers to secure content removal

Analyse datasets to identify enforcement priorities and measure results (Excel skills essential)

Maintain detailed case documentation and performance reports

Collaborate on business strategy, process optimisation, and marketing initiatives

About You

Proven analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions

Competent Excel experience (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modelling)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Confidence in engaging with global stakeholders professionally

Experience in IP, compliance, hospitality, or tech is a plus

Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities

Holds an ABN and can invoice fortnightly
