About the role

Rostrevor Group is seeking experienced Excavator Operators and Mobile Crushing Operators to join our dynamic team in Epping, Victoria. As a full-time employee, you will play a vital role in the delivery of our construction projects, operating heavy machinery to support our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Operate excavators, loaders, and mobile crushing equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites
• Perform routine maintenance and pre-start checks on assigned machinery
• Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Communicate effectively with the site supervisor and other team members
• Contribute to the successful completion of construction projects

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating excavators and/or mobile crushing equipment
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction equipment operation and maintenance
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant licences and certifications (e.g. forklift, high-risk work)
