Strong technical and operational finance experience across complex entities

Big 4 trained ideally

Proven ability to lead teams and implement structure in fast-moving environments

Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and external advisors

A proactive mindset and readiness to lead through change

Relevant industry experience
