Boiler Operator – Night Shift
Full-time | Night Shift | $42 p/h (incl. night loading) + overtime + RDOs | Gepps Cross, SA

Join a long-established and stable industry leader providing essential services to healthcare and accommodation providers across Australia. Our Gepps Cross facility is expanding, and we’re seeking a qualified Boiler Operator to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our boilers during the night shift.

About the Role:
You will play a key role in operating and maintaining high-capacity steam boilers and associated equipment, supporting both production and facilities teams. This role requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Details:

Pay Rate: $42 per hour (includes 20% night shift loading).

Hours: Approximately 9:30pm – 5:00am.

Roster: Full-time permanent role with rostered days off (RDOs).

Location: Gepps Cross, SA.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor steam boilers and associated equipment.

Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.

Maintain accurate logs and incident reports.

Support teams with steam-related needs.

Respond to alarms and conduct system checks.

Report maintenance or safety issues promptly.

What You’ll Need:

Current High-Risk Work (HRW) Licence – Boiler Operation (BS).

Previous experience operating boilers or steam systems in an industrial setting.

Strong commitment to safety and compliance.

Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Willingness to work night shift.
