They’re now seeking a talented Systems Administrator to keep their IT operations running smoothly and securely from their Sydney CBD head office.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be the go-to tech guru, ensuring everything from desktops to cloud systems runs like clockwork. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love problem-solving, and want your work to directly support a mission that matters — this is your chance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing day-to-day desktop, network, and server operations for the Sydney office.
• Setting up new workstations with the latest hardware, software, and security configurations.
• Administering and optimising Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) for seamless collaboration.
• Managing and troubleshooting VoIP/telephony systems (Aircall, 3CX, RingCentral).
• Keeping networks secure and performing at their best — from switches to firewalls.
• Supporting ISO 27001 compliance with documentation, risk assessments, and audits.
• Providing top-tier support to staff both on-site and remotely.
• Coordinating with vendors for hardware, software, and network needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in a Systems Admin, IT Support, or Network Admin role.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong VoIP platform experience.
• Solid skills across Windows/Mac, network configuration, VPNs, and endpoint security.
• Bonus points for ISO 27001 knowledge (NOT essential) and Microsoft certifications.
