We a recruiting for a driven Contract Administrator with a passion for high-end fit out and refurbishment projects. Working closely with a Senior Project Manager, you'll support the commercial delivery of fast-paced projects valued between $5M-$20M across Sydney's CBD and surrounding business hubs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to build a long-term career with structured support and progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, issue, and manage subcontractor procurement and contract documentation

Track and manage project budgets, forecasts, and variations

Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Assist in managing progress claims, reporting, and final accounts

Contribute to project planning and program reviews

Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial construction or fit out industry

Strong understanding of contract law, construction processes, and financial management

Ability to manage multiple project deliverables and meet deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Procore, Jobpac, or similar construction management software
