About the role

Rotary Residential College is seeking a dedicated and passionate Boarding School Staff Member to join our team in East Victoria Park, WA. This is a casual role, offering an opportunity to contribute to the wellbeing and development of the students in our care.

What you'll be doing

Providing a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for boarding students

Assisting with daily routine tasks such as meal times, homework support and recreational activities

Monitoring and supervising student behavior, ensuring adherence to school policies and procedures

Participating in on-site events and activities to enrich the boarding school experience

Communicating effectively with students, parents and fellow staff members

Contributing to the overall smooth operation of our boarding school facility

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in a similar childcare or education setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Compassion, patience and a genuine interest in the wellbeing of young people

Willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check

Available for the following shifts, Saturday's 2:00pm to 10:15pm, Sunday's 2:00pm to 9:45pm and a possible 2:00pm to 9:45pm shift during the week
