Maryborough Toyota - only 40 minutes from Ballarat, is looking for its next Sales Top Gun to join our exciting New and Used Vehicle Sales Family. Monday to Friday, with No Saturday work in this industry is rare.

About the role:

Provide our guests outstanding customer service by understanding their needs and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process.

Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Bendigo Toyota's vehicle inventory, features and specifications to assist customers effectively.

Conduct vehicle demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits to potential customers/guests.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly KPI's, sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Manage and follow up on leads generated through various channels, including phone calls, emails and walk-ins.

Maintain accurate customer records in our data base and ensure all necessary documentation is completed efficiently first time.

Stay up-to-date with any industry trends, product knowledge and competitor movements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/guests to gain loyalty and generate repeat business.

About you:

Previous experience in automotive sales role is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with our customers/guests.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or KPI's.

Must live and breathe KPI numbers (be driven to tick your boxes every week)

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

A valid driver's licence

Work a 5 day week MONDAY - FRIDAY (No Saturdays)

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
