About the Role:
Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working collaboratively amongst a close knit team, the role will include but not be limited to:

• Accurately and timely processing of the employee payroll
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, benefits, taxes, and deductions
• Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices
• Contribute to ongoing payroll process improvements

About You:
We are seeking a Payroll Officer with a demonstrated history of effectively managing payroll processing and ensuring precise and timely employee compensation. The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining efficient payroll operations, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to a positive work environment. With a focus on delivering exceptional service and optimising payroll processes, this individual will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's overall success and operational efficiency. The ideal individual will have a reliable and positive attitude and have a keen eye for detail. SAP system usage advantageous.
