About the Role
We're currently seeking Trade qualified fitter machinist for long-term work in our Manufacturing Division, supporting a timber mill in Bathurst. This is a hands-on role offering stability, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work with a supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Machine repair, maintenance, breakdown, modification and installation work

• Test, repair, maintain and monitor mechanical repairs to sawmill plant and machinery

• Performing maintenance and planned schedules
• Monday to Friday, Afternoon shift work
• Ongoing work with potential for permanent placement

About You
You're a skilled tradesperson with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. You're reliable, a team player, and ready to hit the ground running.

To be successful, you'll need:

• Trade Qualified Fitter/Machinist (essential)
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport (essential)
• Manufacturing and yard-based experience (desirable)
• Forklift, working at heights and confined space (desirable)
• Availability Monday to Friday afternoon shift (3:30pm - 12am)
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
