About the role

Arrowtech Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manufacturing Fitter to join our team on a casual basis on various shifts. You will play a crucial role in maintaining production equipment and ensuring efficient manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance on a range of manufacturing equipment

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to identify and resolve problems

Perform mechanical repairs, adjustments, and modifications as required

Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and maintain optimal equipment performance

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Relevant trade qualification as a Fitter, Turner or Machinist.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and diagrams

Knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques and practices

Good communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to workplace health and safety
