About the role

As an Audio Visual Account Manager at AboutTech, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships within the education and commercial sectors. This is a full-time position based in Brisbane, QLD 4000.

What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key education and commercial customers

Provide expert advice and consultative support to customers on the latest audio visual technologies and solutions

Proactively identify customer needs and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements

Negotiate and close commercial agreements, tenders and other business opportunities

Coordinate the delivery of audio visual projects, ensuring a seamless customer experience

Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, and technical teams

Contribute to the overall growth and success of the AboutTech business

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role within the audio visual industry

Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships in the education and/or commercial sectors

Excellent technical knowledge of audio visual technologies, hardware and software solutions

Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently to achieve results

Highly organised with strong sales, project management and problem-solving skills
