ABOUT THE ROLE

As Store Manager, you'll lead by example - inspiring your team, driving store performance, and ensuring every customer receives the premium experience the brand is known for. This is more than just managing a store; it's about becoming part of a brand story that customers connect with on a personal level.

You'll be supported by a wider retail network and receive hands-on training, but we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Deliver a seamless and personalised customer experience

Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand expectations

Stock management, rostering, and day-to-day operational excellence

Recruit, train, and retain talent to build a high-performing in-store culture

Foster strong local relationships and act as a brand ambassador in the community

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 2+ years retail management experience (apparel or lifestyle preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

A customer-first mindset with a love for styling and presentation

Proven ability to meet and exceed store targets

High attention to detail, integrity, and team spirit
