Tasks & responsibilities

Liaising directly with tenants to understand overall experience satisfaction.

Manage the Centuria tenant portal.

Organising tenant events and initiatives.

Organising events between Centuria staff and existing or prospective tenants to encourage more effective networking and fostering of relationships.

Keeping abreast of the latest market trends of major competitors and co-working operators.

Regularly inspecting the Centuria properties and the competitors.

Research amenity, technology, and tenant engagement trends in Australia and overseas.

Working closely with the National tenant experience manager to expand the Centuria tenant portal and the tenant engagement program.
