We provide Support Coordination and Plan Management services across regional NSW and are committed to inclusive, ethical, and person-centred practice.
Purpose of the Role
This role ensures the smooth coordination of HR and administration functions across the organisation. Reporting to the COO, the HR Coordinator is responsible for HR compliance, onboarding processes, workforce records, performance management and general administrative support that keeps our team running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
· Maintain internal systems including QuickBooks, MYP, Training Platforms and HR registers
· Manage correspondence, document control, meeting minutes, and file audits
· Support leadership with scheduling, compliance reports, onboarding & training
Human Resources Coordination
· Manage staff records, contracts, role descriptions, and training compliance
· Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures
· Coordinate and maintain the performance management process, including review schedules, documentation, and follow-up actions
· Maintain HR logs for professional development, training attendance, and staff tenure
· Assist with HR-related communications, audits, and policy reviews.
Essential Criteria
Strong administration and HR experience (NDIS sector experience desirable)
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Understanding of employee compliance and HR documentation
Proficiency with similar cloud-based platforms (e.g. Microsoft suite, MYP, Quickbooks or etc)
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with integrity
Right to work in Australia with current valid work rights
Desirable
o Familiarity with SCHADS Award and disability workforce conditions
o Certificate IV or higher in HR, Business Administration, or similar
o Experience working in NDIS, community services, or regional organisations
