Subway Shamim Group is seeking an experienced Multi Store Manager (MSM) to lead multiple stores across Glen Huntly and Malvern region.

What you will do:

Lead store teams to meet KPIs and Subway standards

Support and coach Store Managers

Drive operational efficiency and cost control

Manage rosters and staff performance

Ensure Food Safety and WH&S compliance

Report to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager

Skills & experience required to be selected:

Strong leadership and people management

Proven results in a similar role (QSR or Subway preferred)

Great communication and coaching skills

High attention to detail and customer service focus

Must have full working rights in Australia

Must hold a valid Australian Driver’s Licence and have access to a vehicle

Police Check required

Salary and Benefits

$65,000 - $70,000 + 12% SUPER or part time equivalent
