About the role

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Junior/Graduate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Advance Therapy Solutions' in Greenslopes, Queensland. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians and develop your skills in occupational therapy within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans
• Providing evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to assist clients in achieving their functional goals
• Collaborating with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care
• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in line with professional and organisational standards
• Participating in team meetings, professional development activities, and contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery

What we're looking for

• A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and professional development
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centred care
