About the Role:
As an ECT at Cherubs Academy, you will:

Lead and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Create an engaging, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children aged 0–5 years

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Support and mentor fellow educators to deliver the very best learning experiences

Bring creativity, fun, and passion to your teaching every single day

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent, ACECQA-approved) OR is actively working towards this qualification if you hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent, ACECQA-approved)

Has a current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

Has or is willing to obtain First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates

Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills

Is committed to professional growth and continuous improvement
