Green Life Window and Door Systems is an industry-leading manufacturing company specializing in customized windows and doors. We have an excellent reputation for providing outstanding customer service and high-quality windows and doors for our clients across residential and commercial sectors. We are based in Noble Park, VIC.

Due to continuing growth, a fantastic opportunity now exists for a Project Manager to join our team. The role would be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial projects from inception to completion.

Task & Responsibilities:

· Review architectural drawings, schedules, specifications, and project-specific SoW.

· Prepare tender documents, including but not limited to pricing, supportive documentation, installation proposal, etc.

· Participate in tender negotiations, review / draft scope of works and contract terms.

· Prepare sample submission, obtain approval and keep written records.

· Coordinate shop drawing workflow between client and factory to reach IFC.

· Participate in communications between consultants, architects, clients, and our factory.

· Coordinate VMU and PMU.

· Coordinate local procurement, and showroom spare stock.

· Coordinate factory manufacturing, overseas logistics, and local delivery.

· Prepare MSDS, SMWS, ITP.ITR, Site Diary, etc.

· Coordinate site installation and provide technical support.

· Coordinate plant hires and labor hire.

· Coordinate defect rectification.

· Prepare variation register and provide accounts with the right information to issue invoices.

· Prepare Maintenance Manual, CoC.

· Handle aftersales service.

Key Competencies:

· Building, design and engineering education background preferred. Experience in window and facade packages is highly preferred.

· Familiar with architectural drawings, specifications, consultant reports, relevant Australian standards, and BCA regulations,

· Positive work attitude, attention to detail, team player.

· Fluent in both English and Mandarin

· Hold a current valid driver license
