We are seeking caring, reliable, and proactive Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with NDIS participants to provide personalised support that promotes independence, dignity, and choice.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care, domestic assistance, and meal preparation

Support participants with community access, appointments, and social activities

Assist with skill development and daily living tasks

Implement individual support plans and follow NDIS guidelines

Maintain accurate progress notes and incident reports

Promote health, safety, and wellbeing at all times

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to be compassionate, adaptable, and committed to delivering quality support.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or community services (preferred)

Current First Aid & CPR certification

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Working with Children Check (if required)

Current driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle

COVID-19 vaccination in line with health regulations
