Operations Sales Coordinator job located in Macquarie Park

A leading global, high-tech manufacturing company located in Macquaire Park is looking for an Operations Sales Administrator to join their team on a long-term temporary basis.
Your new role
- Raising orders in SAP
- Creating and issuing order confirmation
- Process and raise invoices
- Booking transportation
- Responding to email and phone enquiries
- Liaising with internal teams
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience using SAP
- Confident with IT and able to learn new systems
- Understanding of manufacturing and logistical processes
- Excellent communication skills and able to liaise effectively with both on and offshore teams
- Able to work towards deadlines and hit KPI's
