Payroll Administrator 📍 Macquarie Park, Sydney

About the Role Join a leading organisation supporting payroll delivery across multiple contracts. You’ll assist the Senior Payroll Officer with data entry, new starter setup, timesheet reconciliations, and reporting — not responsible for pay runs, but vital in keeping payroll admin accurate and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update payroll master data (e.g. new starters, changes, terminations)
  
  
• Reconcile and validate timesheets (fortnightly focus)
  
  
• Run standard payroll reports and assist with timesheet queries
  
  
• Support compliance with internal processes and award interpretation
  
  
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
  
  

What We're Looking For

Minimum 12 months experience in a similar payroll/data admin role
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Team player with good communication skills
Able to follow structured processes and meet deadlines

🌟 SAP experience essential: Desirable: Experience with KRONOS and Preceda, knowledge of the Cleaners Modern Award
