What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records in internal systems
• Process inventory transactions including adjustments, transfers, and allocations
• Partner with warehouse staff to resolve discrepancies between system and physical stock
• Assist with cycle counts and stocktakes to ensure data integrity
• Monitor inventory transactions and ensure timely data entry
• Generate reports to support warehouse and supply chain teams
• Ensure compliance with inventory procedures and documentation standards
• Collaborate across departments including logistics, procurement, and customer service
• This is a system-focused role only, no physical stock handling involved.
