About the role

We are looking for a casual staff member who is available at least 4 days a week to join our growing team. Option for full time employment after probation period. The exciting role provides opportunity to develop a long term career.

Business Hours 7am to 3pm . Located in Banksmeadow NSW 2019.

Key Responsibilities:

Unload, check, and receive inbound stock.

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.

Complete stock transactions accurately and in accordance with process requirements.

Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety hazards as needed.

Assist with regular cycle counts and inventory audits.

Follow all SOPs as well as health, safety, and environmental standards.

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely, if licensed.

Support the logistics team with continuous improvement initiatives to meet departmental goals.

Selection Criteria:

Must be able to work at least 4 days Monday to Friday: 7am - 3pm (Banksmeadow location).

A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.

Punctual and reliable – someone we can depend on.

A true team player who communicates effectively and supports others

Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations a bonus.

Familiarity with warehouse processes and safe manual handling.

Basic computer literacy (email, Excel, ERP entry).

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a structured team.

A current LO license is preferred, or a willingness to obtain one.

Skills and experience

National Police Checks conducted upon employment.

Hand unload and physical work required.

Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.

Forklift licence a bonus.

Due to the nature of our business servicing hospitals and nursing homes you must have current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccines.
