Fully Promoted is the world's largest full-service embroidery, screen printing and promotional products company. We are looking for an experienced production person to join our small, friendly team at the award-winning Perth CBD franchise located on Newcastle St, West Perth.

Replacing a retiring team member, the ideal applicant must have a minimum 2 years of experience operating multi-head embroidery machines within the uniform and promotional products industry. A basic operating knowledge of Wilcom software is required for editing supplied designs and updating thread colours. It would be useful to have experience of heat press production, vinyl cutting and CorelDraw software, though this can be taught.

Main duties will include:

Embroidery Production

· Edit supplied embroidery designs in Wilcom

· Operate Tajima 4-Head and Single-Head embroidery machines

· Trim, steam and fold embroidered garments

· Quality control

· Unpack, fold and pack garments

· Manage consumables

· Follow health and safety procedures

Heat Press Production

· Bond DTF & vinyl transfers

· Operate vinyl cutter

· Manage consumables

· Quality Control

Essential Skills

· PC Skills: Outlook, Wilcom

· Organised: Time management, Prioritisation, Systems

· Attention to detail / Pride in work

· Willing to learn: Flexible approach

Physical Demands

· Must be able to lift and move boxes of garments

· Must be able to stand for long periods

The role is full-time Monday to Friday – Flexible start/finish times available
