We're Hiring:
We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our team. You do not need experience in the heavy vehicle industry, just a genuine passion for sales and a curiosity to learn. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, precision and adaptability, you will fit right in.
Our sales environment is unique. We are agile, collaborative and open to new ideas. The bull bar industry is still catching up to modern sales psychology, which means there is significant opportunity to shape how products are presented, valued and sold.

Your Day-to-Day:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Deliver tailored product solutions based on customer needs and project goals
Collaborate with marketing and design to ensure quotes and proposals reflect the latest visuals and messaging
Coordinate with engineering and production to ensure accurate lead times and compatibility
Travel regionally or interstate to develop client relationships and support sales opportunities
Contribute to evolving how we position, pitch and deliver value in a modern B2B context
What You Will Bring:
Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong understanding of product design principles, human psychology in sales, and value-based customer engagement.
A passion for building relationships, solving problems and communicating clearly
Sales experience in any sector (e.g., automotive, transport, manufacturing, retail or other customer-focused roles)
Demonstrated ability to effectively use a variety of business software and a willingness to rapidly learn and adapt to evolving technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
Initiative, curiosity and a drive to challenge outdated thinking
A practical interest in how design quality, usability and communication affect purchasing decisions
