Nepean Motor Group is seeking an experienced and driven Finance & Insurance (F&I) Business Manager to join our multi-franchise dealership in Penrith. Home to six exciting brands, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, industry-leading value, and being the best in the west.

As an F&I Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored finance and insurance solutions, ensuring a seamless experience for every customer. This position requires both strong sales ability and excellent organisational skills to balance administration and customer engagement.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing customers with transparent and comprehensive finance and insurance solutions during the vehicle purchase process
• Identifying customer needs and recommending the most suitable finance and insurance products
• Negotiating finance terms and managing documentation to secure approvals efficiently
• Building strong relationships with lenders and insurance providers to ensure the best possible outcomes
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all compliance requirements are met
• Supporting dealership sales targets through effective finance and insurance penetration

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an F&I Business Manager role within the automotive industry
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and maximise finance and insurance opportunities
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to understand and meet customer needs
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of finance and insurance products, industry regulations, and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and lenders
• A results-driven, detail-focused mindset
