Our client is both a volume and prestige brand, multi-franchised new car dealership, located in the highly desirable township of Orange in the Central Tablelands of NSW. They seek an experienced Service Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, as well as additional profit and growth, to an already successful service department. In order to be invited for an interview, candidates will need to possess previous experience as a Service or Fixed Operations Manager, gained within a franchised new car dealership. Those with multi-brand experience will be warmly received. You are organised capable of hands on leadership, and understand how to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, whilst maintaining a strongly profitable operation.

The remuneration for this position will consist of a retainer of $100k - $120k, plus superannuation, car and a generous commission structure. Currently trading at about 60 RO's per day with a team of 37 - 40 on hand.
