The business has recently undergone acquisitions and is now entering a new phase of strategic expansion, making this a pivotal time to join.

Your new role

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role based out of their Western Sydney offices, that blends operational ownership with strategic coordination. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be the central force behind the executive team - ensuring the business runs smoothly while helping drive its strategic agenda forward.

You'll take full ownership of group operations, including vendor relationships, travel, facilities, IT, and corporate services. But this isn't just about keeping the lights on - it's about creating rhythm and structure across the business. You'll coordinate strategic reviews, track KPIs, harmonise processes, and ensure milestones are met across departments like People & Culture, Finance, and Operations.

You'll act as the glue that binds the organisation together - facilitating cross-functional collaboration, integrating corporate policies, and supporting the CEO in maintaining momentum across a fast-paced, globally connected business. You'll also be responsible for preparing executive-ready reports and dashboards, helping the leadership team stay informed and aligned.

This role suits someone with corporate experience, who's ready to step into a senior position where they can make a real impact. You'll need to be highly organised, emotionally intelligent, and confident working with senior stakeholders - someone who can tactfully push back, delegate effectively, and bring clarity to complexity.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in operations management and strategic delivery.
  
• Exposure to strategic initiatives and working closely with executive teams.
  
• Experience with dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI a plus, but not essential).
  
• High EQ, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and align.
  
• A proactive, resourceful mindset and a passion for efficiency and impact.
  
• Comfort working across time zones and juggling multiple priorities.
  
• Strong vendor management and process improvement capabilities.
