About the Role:
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for building strong client relationships? At Harmor Solutions, we’re looking for a Sales Representative to drive our growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding our customer base. In this role, you’ll play a key part in our success by generating and converting leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling and strategic networking. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make an impact, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate new leads through strategic cold-calling methods, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients for the business.
Vet new leads and add all relevant details of inquiries to the CRM database.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
Send product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Review LCA reports and develop, send, and follow up on quotes for sales opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Develop weekly and monthly Sales Reports for the Liquid Waste team.
Follow up on testimonials, Google Reviews, and customer feedback forms.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in phone sales.
Cold calling experience is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in the CRM software, Capsule, highly regarded
