The Position (includes but is not limited to):

• Oversee internal operational processes and ensure portfolio consistency across the team
• Coach and support junior and developing Body Corporate Managers
• Help structure portfolios to match skill levels and client needs
• Act as a point of escalation for complex matters (without holding your own portfolio)
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development initiatives

The Criteria:

• Solid experience within Body Corporate/Strata Management
• Strong understanding of the BCCM Act and best practice operations
• Passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing others
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Organised, solutions-focused, and confident in managing internal processes
• Looking to move away from day-to-day portfolio responsibility

This is a senior-level operations and training role and is best suited for candidates with substantial BC/strata experience who are looking to pivot into a leadership/mentoring capacity.
