Qualifications & experience

Experience with “property me” property management system will be a huge advantage

Minimum 2 years property management experience

Experience with IRE + real works + one form + tenant options will all be an advantage however not a deciding factor for the right applicant

Good communication skills essential

Automatic drivers license essential

Effective time management skills

Friendly “Can-do” attitude

Tasks & responsibilities

Routine inspections

Entry & Exit reports

Bond refunds/disputes

Organising maintenance and following up maintenance

Organising smoke alarm compliancy and follow up

Owner and tenant daily communication

Assisting in normal running of office

Assisting in training of property management and office staff

Processing of applications when required

Attendance to court when required

No trust accounting or arrears work involved
