your role
This role is responsible for the operational management of the sales team, ensuring Property Consultants remain accountable to their targets and aligned with the business plan. You'll oversee end-to-end project coordination for each property — from listing and marketing to liaising with trades, conveyancers, and finance brokers — while also managing compliance, client service, team meetings, agent marketing, and the Lead Agent’s diary.

your advantage
• Experience in a similar role in real estate (desirable) or experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
