We're launching a brand-new, state-of-the-art Rubber Recycling Facility that transforms end-of-life rubber products into high-quality industrial matting for the agriculture sector.

As the Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is eager to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, print, and event channels

Lead content creation and oversee brand messaging across all platforms

Manage campaigns from concept to execution and measure their effectiveness

Oversee social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, website performance, and advertising initiatives

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

Manage and report on marketing budgets and KPIs

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a marketing management role (ideally 3+ years)

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques

Excellent content creation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools

Creative, collaborative, and adaptable

Have experience working in manufacturing and/or agri.

Have led rebranding or product launch campaigns
