Marketing and Communications Coordinator
We seeking a passionate and proactive final-year uni or VET (Diploma or Adv Diploma) student to join our Marketing & Communications team as a Coordinator. This casual role offering approximately 22.04 hours per week. You’ll support three experienced marketing professionals and contribute to a wide range of creative and strategic activities.
This is position is based at our new Parkside office with on site parking. There is potential for this role to be on-going for the right candidate. Some after-hours support may be required for scheduled events.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in executing marketing campaigns and analysing customer data
Draft engaging content for blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials
Create and schedule social media posts; monitor engagement and performance
Use Canva to produce branded marketing assets
Help design and refine customer journeys to boost engagement
Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Provide admin support and coordinate meetings and marketing files
About You
Ideally a third or final-year student in Marketing and Communications, or an equivalent qualification
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
Confident communicator with initiative and reliability
Familiar with social media tools and Microsoft Office
Bonus: Experience with Canva, Google Ads, Meta advertising, or basic SEO
