Our client, a Federal Government Department focused on democracy is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop ServiceNow solutions including scripting, configuration, integrations, and customisations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, user researchers and service designers to understand business requirements and translate them into iterative prototypes through to the development of final working solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Provide advanced technical support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis.

Technical skills:

• Tertiary qualifications or industry recognised certification in Information Management, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
• Industry recognised ServiceNow certification, such as ServiceNow Certified Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Demonstrated knowledge of IT frameworks, such as ITIL and TOGAF.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale ICT transformation projects/programs, preferably in a Commonwealth Government setting.
