The Local Group is looking for an energetic, team driven individual to join our team and help us continue to provide the best service we can to our patrons.
This role will be rewarding and potentially challenging, so if you are into customer service, enjoy organising down to the finer detail, can mix a drink, pour a pint and answer the phone with a smile, we are looking for you.
About you:
Exceptional communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette
An eye for detail
Hold an RSA
Function and event experience would be advantageous
Able to work with a diverse range of people on all levels and provide concise information
About the role:
Customer service focused
Answering the phone, taking reservations/bookings
Function bookings - including catering requirements and liaising with kitchen to ensure expectations are met
Responding to email enquiries
Assist on the floor and in the bar as required
Accounts/invoicing as required
