Position Overview: Join our team at Alfie's Italian New Lambton as our lead Bartender for a casual position that will offer around 35 hours per week. We're seeking individuals with intermediate wine and food knowledge to enhance our guests' dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, polished bar service while preparing and serving beverages to guests with efficiency and warmth

Utilise extensive spirit, cocktail and product knowledge

Drive beverage stock control through accurate ordering, rotation and inventory management

Develop and maintain seasonal cocktail lists and support overall menu curation

Operate independently behind the bar while contributing to a smooth, collaborative service experience with broader FOH team
