Neil Perry’s restaurant, Bar Torino, is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead our dynamic team.

Part of the Margaret Restaurant family, hidden beneath Gran Torino, Bar Torino is where aperitivo turns into dinner, and dinner into drinks. Dine downstairs in the intimate basement or soak up the Double Bay street vibes on the alfresco terrace - it’s perfect for Aperitivo hour, cocktails, and everything in between.

Applicants must be highly motivated team players with strong knowledge and interest in food and beverage and must have a positive attitude to excel in this fun, fast-paced and convivial atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

2+ years experience in high volume, detail-orientated bars or restaurants.

Passionate and knowledgeable about food, wine, beer and spirits, ability to learn quickly, driven, hardworking and enthusiastic positive attitude and customer-service orientated, great sense of humour and good communication skills.
