The Four In Hand Hotel is a well-loved bistro-style pub in the heart of Paddington. With 24 beer taps, quality pub fare, and a loyal local crowd, we pride ourselves on delivering great service in a relaxed and friendly environment.

The Role
We’re on the lookout for experienced and confident hospitality all-rounders to join our front-of-house team. You’ll be working across both the bar and floor, so strong service skills, initiative, and a positive attitude are essential.

Duties include:

Taking orders and serving food & drinks

Bartending and pouring beers confidently

Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions

Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming venue

Creating a friendly and engaging customer experience

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 6 months’ hospitality experience

Valid RSA & RCG certifications (required)

Available for at least 3 shifts per week

Weekend availability is essential

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Able to work independently and handle busy periods
