Espresso Bar Bundall is currently on the lookout for an experienced barista. We are a small, tight team that is highly driven for the customer experience with great working conditions on offer. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and reliable, who wants success in a happy, positive, thriving environment where you matter and are rewarded for your commitment.

The Role:

Espresso Bar Bundall is currently looking for an experienced, vibrant, bubbly, and reliable barista for our small, customer-focused café in Bundall. Hours on offer are negotiated but ideally 30 to 46 hours.

We are also looking for a junior— under 21— that wants weekend work and has a can-do attitude and most importantly is reliable.

Pay rate is dependent on experience and age: $25-$35ph.

-Above award rate for highly experienced baristas is on offer after probation of 3 months.

Monday - Sunday

Please note, to be successful, you will be required to have availability on weekends as required and be willing to help with openings at 5:45 am. If this is something you have struggled with in previous jobs, please do not apply. — Own transport or live close by is a must. Public transportation is not acceptable.
