About the role

As the Manager at The Little Spoon Co, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of this vibrant and growing hospitality business. In this full-time position based in Loganholme, QLD, you will ensure the smooth running of the café, leading and motivating a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of the café operations, including overseeing staff, inventory, budgeting and financial reporting

Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing guidance and support to the team

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer satisfaction and expand the business

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors and the local community

Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

Significant experience in a management or leadership role within the hospitality industry

Strong operational and financial management skills, with the ability to develop and implement business strategies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team

A passion for exceptional customer service and a commitment to creating a positive dining experience

Familiarity with relevant health, safety and licensing regulations in the hospitality sector

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
