About the role

Finch Cafe' is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join our team in Traralgon, VIC. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. As a Barista at Finch Cafe', you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Preparing a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, using advanced barista techniques

Ensuring a consistent and exceptional level of quality in every drink served

Providing friendly and attentive customer service to create a positive experience for our guests

Maintaining a clean and well-organised work area, including cleaning and maintaining coffee equipment

Assisting with other café duties as required, such as food preparation and restocking

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques, including the ability to pull perfect espresso shots

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude

Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Good communication and problem-solving skills
