About the role

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our dynamic team at MUSE IVANHOE', a vibrant cafe located in the heart of Ivanhoe, VIC 3079. We have Full -time and part-time role, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving high-quality espresso-based beverages, including coffees, teas, and specialty drinks

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons

Maintaining a clean and organized work area, following food safety and hygiene standards

Assisting with general café duties, such as restocking, light food preparation, and cash handling

Collaborating with the team to contribute to the overall success of the café

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role within the Hospitality & Tourism industry

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a welcoming atmosphere

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Passion for the Bar & Beverage industry and a desire to contribute to the success of the café
