Manager of Digital Learning

Step into a newly created role that goes beyond a career—it's a calling. We are seeking a Manager of Digital Learning to lead and innovate across our network of schools. This is a permanent full-time role based in Midland with regular on-site engagement at seven different school.

In this role, you will provide strategic leadership, pedagogical direction, and oversight for digital learning initiatives. You’ll work closely with school leaders, teachers, and support staff to ensure that digital learning aligns with our Christ-centred pedagogical vision and enhances teaching and student learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the integration of digital technologies across K-12 teaching, with a focus on Apple technology, Learning Management Systems (Canvas), and AI tools.
• Capacity Building: Foster professional growth by designing and delivering training programs to staff, empowering them to implement effective digital pedagogy.
• Digital Citizenship & Wellbeing: Champion responsible digital use, promoting healthy digital practices among staff and students.
• Educational Application Oversight: Chair the Educational Applications Committee, guiding the use of digital tools and ensuring they meet curriculum, safety, and ethical standards.
• Innovative Projects: Lead digital learning initiatives that support inclusive and differentiated learning, and enhance student engagement and academic success.

Essential Criteria:

• Demonstrates a strong Christian faith, that supports and models the vision, mission and virtues of the school.
• Tertiary qualification (bachelor’s degree or higher) in Education or related field.
• Experience in digital learning and educational technology leadership in K–12 settings.
• Strong expertise in Apple technologies, LMS and AI pedagogy
• Experience in leading professional development and cross-school initiatives
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
