We’re on the hunt for a Business Development Manager who’s driven, ambitious, and ready to take ownership of their own geographical territory — backed by a highly experienced team and premium brand presence.

• Secure base salary up to $85,000 + Super + Take-home Car/Fuel + Uncapped Commissions (up to 10% per deal)
• OTE $120,000–$150,000+ (realistic earnings from 5–7 new managements/month)

Your Role
You’ll be responsible for growing the property management rent roll through proactive lead generation, relationship-building, and converting warm leads from the internal sales team and wider network.
This is a pure new business role with leasing handled by a dedicated property management team, you can stay laser-focused on prospecting and closing deals.

What You Bring:

• Background in real estate BDM, sales, or property management ideal – but we’ll also consider high-performing sales professionals from other industries
• WA Sales Registration (or willingness to obtain)
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
• Strong personal drive, initiative, and attention to detail
• A positive, coachable mindset with a team-first attitude
• Ability to manage your time and pipeline efficiently
