CQUniversity is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Safety and Wellbeing Adviser to drive a university-wide commitment to health, safety, and wellbeing. In this influential role, you will serve as a trusted expert and collaborator, delivering high-quality advice and practical solutions across a broad range of safety matters. From supporting individual risk assessments to leading large-scale improvements in our Safety Management System, you’ll work closely with staff at all levels to build capability, reduce risk, and embed a strong safety culture in everything we do.

Position Requirements
Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary industry practice and the ability to interpret and provide advice on the current legislation and associated policies/processes.
A relevant degree with at least four years subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise in an administrative field; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Extensive expertise in risk management frameworks and their practical implementation in high-risk environments.
