Jenny’s ELC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Director (2IC) to join our leadership team in the Bendigo region.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced Centre Director, supporting the daily operations of the centre while inspiring and guiding a team of educators to deliver the highest quality early learning experiences.

What we’re looking for:

Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care

Passion, energy and enthusiasm for Early Childhood Learning

Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQF

Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and motivate others

A collaborative and professional approach with families, children, and colleagues

Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR and anaphylaxis management or willingness to obtain.
